Government tax auditor for 9 years. Completed over 300 audits Federal National Revenue (CRA) and BC Ministry of Finance under 8 different tax statutes.

Director and Executive Management of 4 Public companies:
Director of Silver Princess Resources Inc. a junior mining company. The IPO stock price rose from $.25 to $6.25 in 2 years.
Founder, Chairman & CEO Microfuel Technologies Inc.10 years; later reaching a peak stock value of $220 million.
* Developed the Stellar Marine patented fuel management computer system for ships; sold in Canada and USA, fleetwide to BC Ferries, Washington State Ferries, BC tugboat companies and FPI on the Canadian East Coast.
* Developed TMACS, an onboard locomotive computer system sold fleetwide to BC Rail and the London Docklands Railway. TMACS was licensed for the US market to a major industrial corporation listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
* Developed NeuralWare, an early AI based short term stock index trading program
* Developed ModelWare, a pattern recognition process control software that was adopted worldwide by the semi conductor industry; later licensed to a major US based semiconductor company in a $25 million stock & software licensing deal.
